‘Blendtek Ingredients’ signed a new partnership with Bunge Ltd. whereby the two companies will offer a wide range of plant proteins across North America. The plant proteins include those derived from oats, soy, pea, lentil, fava, and mung beans. These alternative proteins range in texture and form, including powders, concentrates, and more, providing a fruitful range of plant-based proteins for North American distributors and food manufacturers.
According to Bunge Ltd., its range of plant-based proteins are suited for countless use cases, including alternative meats, alternative dairies, snacks, baked goods, and more. On top of this, the plant-based proteins are non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free, meaning they are essentially enjoyable by individuals with nearly any dietary restriction.
When speaking on the new partnership, Kris Rogers, vice president of sales at Blendtek, stated: “Knowing the plant-protein needs of our customers, we are thrilled to be joining forces with a global ingredient leader like Bunge.”
