GM stated that its EV Live hotline will provide one-on-one support to callers who dial in. This means each individual customer will have the opportunity to speak to a trained expert on electric vehicles, either directly through video chat or through text chat, based on consumer preference.
In addition to launching this live chat, EV Live will also host prerecorded and prewritten content that is designed to answer some of the most commonly asked questions surrounding EVs.
