Direct from Havana, the 12-piece orchestra has reunited for the first time in years for a limited series of curated concerts in select locations around the world. The New Year’s Eve performance at Chileno Bay’s beach will mark the end of the concert series and will be their only performance in North America.
Guests of Chileno Bay can celebrate the last night of the year at one of Los Cabos’ most coveted tables, COMAL. Chef Yvan Mucharraz puts his special spin on a sumptuous three-course menu inspired by the flavors of Latin America. The fresh ingredients and elaborate culinary techniques that have made COMAL one of Mexico’s top restaurants will be at the forefront of this exclusive dining experience, including special cocktail and wine pairings. At the resort’s restaurant, YAYA, which debuted earlier this year, Chef Eli Godinez pulls out all stops for the extravagant experience, where a three-course menu designed exclusively for the occasion will draw from Mediterranean influences and spark joy at every bite. Both dinners include complimentary entrance to the Buena Vista Social Club private concert directly after, or tickets can be purchased separately for $150. Guests will head down to La Playita to dance the night into 2023 with celebratory treats like hand-rolled cigars, special aged rum and tequila cocktails, bottle service and a champagne toast at midnight.
